At the core of our solution is a small NFC + QR code device that you place at your counter, table, or checkout area. Customers tap their phone or scan the QR code, and they're taken directly to your Google review page. The whole process takes under 5 seconds.

For NFC-enabled devices (most smartphones from 2016 onward), a tap is all it takes. For older phones, the built-in QR code provides the same seamless experience.
